The Light Fund aims to fund specific charity projects, aimed at children, women and men. In 2011 we raised in the region of £90,000 and wanted to spread this money around to fund a number of different projects
The Light Fund's 2011 Charitable Beneficiaries include:
| £5,292 | The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre – to fund a an oxygen tank to provide therapy to MS sufferers |
| £5,000 | Orchid – to fund a cancer awareness postcard campaign |
| £5,000 | Cancer Research UK – to fund 6 months of Dr Peet's laboratory costs |
| £5,000 | The Children’s Trust – to fund play therapists for children with severe neurological damage |
| £5,000 | The Douglas Bader Foundation – to fund unique experiences for disabled children |
| £5,000 | Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre – to fund a physiotherapy suite for patients with MS |
| £5,000 | Tommy’s – to fund the purchase of a Carbon Dioxide Incubator |
| £5,000 | Make-A-Wish Foundation – to grant a magical wish for a child with a life-threatening illness |
| £5,000 | The Institute of Cancer Research – to fund laboratory equipment |
| £6,100 | Kidscape – to fund 10 Pzap sessions for help dealing with bullying |
| £5,000 | Whizz-Kidz – to provide mobility equipment to disabled young people |
| £4,500 | Dreams Come True – to fund a duet tandem wheelchair for one disabled child |
| £4,500 | Motor Neurone Disease – to fund the accommodation needs for a MND sufferer |
